We are sorry, but we do not accept pets.
There is no curfew, so you can come and go as you please.
The house was built in the Taisho and early Showa periods, and has been renovated to preserve the atmosphere of those times, so it is less sound-insulated than modern buildings.
One parking space is available per room.
If you are visiting with two or more cars, we will guide you to a nearby toll parking lot. Please ask at the front desk on the day of your visit.
All rooms do not have TVs or clocks.
Please enjoy a relaxing time away from the daily routine.
We also have a selection of books for each room, so please feel free to browse through them.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property, including the garden.
Please note that no smoking areas are provided.
Extra towels are available for those going to Kinosaki Onsen.

You are free to use the kitchen in your room, but only the cooking utensils and tableware for breakfast are always available.
We can lend you cooking utensils and tableware for self-catering upon request for a fee.
We do not provide food for self-catering, so please procure it from nearby supermarkets or stores.
Guests who make reservations through our website can order breakfast from the breakfast options available at the time of reservation.
On the day of your stay, you will have access to the kitchen in your room and will be able to heat up and serve your breakfast in the refrigerator on a semi-self-serve basis.
Enjoy the time to prepare your own meals.
If you wish, we can prepare it for you, but please note that the menu composition will not change.
There are also some coffee shops in the neighborhood that offer morning breakfast.
However, we will do our best to prepare a Halal breakfast for Muslim guests, such as changing sausages to falafel, etc. Please let us know at the time of reservation.
We do not offer breakfast for children, but we can prepare a regular breakfast menu with additional items.
